ADMI 8105: DOCTORAL DISSERTATION

The doctoral dissertation course is the space created for the student to demonstrate that they have the ability to create and defend a proposal and conclusion of a doctoral thesis. This process is carried out with the assistance of the advisory committee, which has the main function of assisting the student in the elaboration of a product of the highest quality. The student will have to complete a minimum of twelve credits (three courses) of doctoral dissertation.

ADMI 8106: DOCTORAL DISSERTATION CONTINUATION

The Doctoral Dissertation Continuation course is the space created for the student to demonstrate that they have the ability to create and defend a proposal and conclusion of a doctoral thesis. This process is carried out with the assistance of the advisory committee, which has the main function of assisting the student in the elaboration of a product of the highest quality. The student will have to complete a minimum of twelve credits (three courses) of doctoral dissertation.

ECOG 6567: MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS

Exhibition of the basic principles of economics related to the neoclassical theory of firm. Understand the integration of fundamental theories of microeconomics with applications in finance and econometrics, among other topics, with emphasis on the application of these theories in the managerial decision making in the business context. In this course you can combine face-to-face and online interaction.

ADMI 6990: SEMINAR ON BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Study of Contemporary Aspects in Administration of companies with a focus on dynamic areas and issues that affect businesses and organizations.

COIN 8016: COMPARATIVE BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Study and analysis of procedural, structural and power differences, among others, within the organization in different countries. Emphasis on the comparison of processes and practices businesses in the United States, Europe, Japan, Latin America and the Caribbean, using as reference recent publications on organizational culture, organizational science, and classical contingency theory.

COIN 8018: INDEPENDENT STUDIES IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Independent research specialized in any of the international business areas selected by the student in consultation with an expert teacher on the subject.

ECOG 6701: MICROECONOMICS MANAGEMENT: PRICE THEORY.

It includes the rigor and logic of static microeconomic analysis. The mathematical functions of supply and demand under equilibrium condition in the pure market imperfect competition and monopoly. This course aims to prepare the future manager to can rigorously apply the techniques and instruments of economic analysis.

COIN 8007: INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN LATIN AMERICA

Discussion of issues related to commercial transactions in Latin American countries, the integration process and their relations with the G-7 countries.
